Our Process
I conduct a 1-to-2-hour meeting using your method of choice: telephone, Google Meets or FaceTime, or in-person (select locations), where I ask questions designed to uncover your strengths, career goals, skills that match the job or career opportunity, and achievements that provide metric-based results to set you apart from the competition. Once consultation is complete, we send you an initial revised draft resume for your review within the designated time period for the service, and offer unlimited revisions for any corrections or updates. Unlimited revisions are eligible, provided we are contacted within 3 business days after sending the revised resume and changes directly relate to the terms of service. True Support Resumes is a sole proprietorship. You get the professional resume writing experience from the owner, Crystal Merritt, who personally conducts the consultation, revises your resume, and provides personalized resume advice and strategies.
